Terms of Service

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for sports wagering where you live, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

The Service provides statistical models, projections, historical data and commentary for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Service is gambling advice, betting advice, investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation, solicitation or inducement to place any wager or transaction.

Hoop Edge does not accept wagers, process wagers, or operate any gambling service. Any decision you make based on information from the Service is your own decision, made at your own risk.

Sports data, injury information and sportsbook prices come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Projections, edges, signals, hit rates and historical results are estimates only. Past performance never predicts future results, and we make no representation or guarantee that use of the Service will be profitable or will avoid losses.

You acknowledge that sports wagering involves substantial risk of financial loss and that you may lose some or all of the money you wager. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risk. You agree that Hoop Edge has no responsibility for any wager you place or decline to place.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOOP EDGE AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY GAMBLING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability or exclusions of implied warranties, so parts of these sections may not apply to you; in that case, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hoop Edge and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, suppliers and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your wagering activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor until cancelled. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods. We may change pricing for future billing periods with notice.

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single individual and may not be shared. You agree not to scrape, resell, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit data from the Service; not to reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the Service; and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The Service, including its models, outputs, software, design and content, is owned by Hoop Edge and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service for your own personal use.

Only wager what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun or feels out of control, help is available: in the United States call or text 1-800-GAMBLER, or visit ncpgambling.org. We support self-exclusion and encourage the use of sportsbook deposit and time limits.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and dispute terms — survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. You and Hoop Edge each waive any right to participate in a class, collective or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after the change means you accept the revised Terms.
